How to Make It:

  1. Heat the oven to 180°C (or 350°F). Put baking paper on a tray.
  2. In a bowl, mix these dry items: ragi flour, almond flour, jaggery, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Add ghee or coconut oil and mix until it looks crumbly like wet sand.
  4. Slowly add milk and mix everything to make a soft dough.
  5. Make small balls from the dough, press them a little flat, and place them on the tray.
  6. Bake in the oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges look a bit crispy.
  7. Let them cool, then store in a container with a lid.
