Cancellation and Refund Policy for Pick Pay Pack - Millets

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Pick Pay Pack. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding cancellations and refunds:

1. Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 1 hours of placing it by contacting us at ceo@pickpaypack.com. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return and Refund Policy for information on returning the product.

2. Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 1 day of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at ceo@pickpaypack.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund accordingly.

4. Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, you may return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at ceo@pickpaypack.com to arrange for a replacement or refund.
