The 2025 edition included lively talks with students about the importance of good eating habits.
On Friday, Modi led the eighth edition of ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’, focusing on how diet, sleep, and stress are connected during exams. Nutrition expert Shonali Sabherwal explained that homemade meals can help students feel calmer. She recommended foods like millets and brown rice to control cravings and keep them full for longer.
Famous nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar compared eating a variety of foods to studying different school subjects, saying it helps reduce stress. She suggested foods like peanuts, bananas, and rice to help students feel relaxed. Revant Himatsingka also spoke about his project, ‘Label Padhega India’, which teaches students how to read food labels.
Since 2018, ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ has given students, parents, and teachers a chance to talk about exam stress. It started in New Delhi and was held online during the pandemic but has now gone back to live events. This year’s session was shared on many online platforms, continuing its role as an important educational event.
