Wholesome Spicy MBF Jowar Millet Veggies Pasta for a Guilt-Free Indulgence

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup MBF Jowar fusilli pasta
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup corn kernels
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Cook MBF Jowar fusilli pasta and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and saute bell peppers and corn for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss in the pasta, stir well, and serve hot.
