  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp cornflour or rice flour (for binding)
  • Salt to taste
  • Breadcrumbs (for coating)
  • Oil (for shallow frying)

Steps to Prepare:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked millet, mashed potatoes, and finely chopped vegetables. Mix until well blended.
